Vendor Registration & InformationDear SWACUHO Annual Conference Exhibitors: SWACUHO is pleased to invite you to become an exhibitor at the 2009 Annual Southwest Association of College and University Housing Officers Conference to be held in Hot Springs, Arkansas on February 22 – 24, 2009. The SWACUHO Annual Conference is an excellent way for your organization to make contacts with over 75 colleges and universities in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. The annual conference draws over 300 delegates who will visit the exhibit hall. While not all participants have purchasing power for their university, many influence what products and services their university will pursue. SWACUHO designs the annual conference schedule to maximize face time with exhibitors. For example, morning and afternoon breaks as well as lunch are held in the exhibit hall. Additionally, this year the Opening Banquet will be held in a portion of the exhibit hall, all attendees will move directly into the exhibit area for a dessert reception. This increases the traffic in the exhibit area. Past exhibitors have communicated to the organization that they appreciate the relaxed atmosphere which allows them to really connect with conference participants.
