• Attendee Nametags – $3,000.00

  The sponsor’s logo and/or company name will be printed on the nametag along with the 2026
  conference logo.
• Closing Banquet – $5,000.00
  Closing Banquet – $5,000.00
  This event occurs on Wednesday evening at the close of all conference activities. All attendees are invited.
• Conference Swag – $3,000.00
  Conference Swag – $3,000.00
  Attendees will receive a notebook as a swag item. Sponsor logo will be included on the notebook front.
• Dessert with Corporate Partners – $2,000.00
  Dessert with Corporate Partners after the opening banquet. Located in the exhibit area.
• Entertainment – $3,000.00
  Tuesday Night on the Town with Live Band karaoke at the Waco Hippodrome
• Friends of SWACUHO-U Social – $1,000.00
  This event is a networking event. Will not be attended by sponsor(s).
• General Sponsorship – $1,000.00
  For companies wishing to sponsor but other opportunities have been taken or you would like
  to provide a general sponsorship.
  
  Once the Host committee has decided where the sponsorship will be used, your company will be notified and sponsorship recognition will be highlighted at the opening banquet, closing banquet, and business meeting.
• Lunch in the Exhibit Hall – $5,000.00
  This event occurs Tuesday at lunch in the exhibit hall where all conference attendees will be
  able to visit with all of the exhibitors in the exhibit hall.
• Mid-Level Social – $1,000.00
  This event is a networking event. Will not be attended by sponsor(s).
• Opening Banquet – $5,000.00
  This event occurs on Monday evening as the opening of all conference activities. All attendees
  are invited.
• Program Rooms (for two days) – $1,000.00
  These are the program presentation rooms. There are 8 program slots per room over the course of Tuesday and Wednesday.
