• All Are Welcome Social – $1,000.00
  A networking event for all attendees. Will not be attended by sponsor.
• Attendee Name Tags – $3,500.00
  The sponsor’s logo and/or company name will be printed on the name tag along with the 2027 conference logo.
• Breakout Session Rooms – $1,000.00
  These are the breakout session presentation rooms used throughout both full days of the conference.
• Closing Banquet – $6,000.00
  This event occurs on Wednesday evening and serves as the closing of all conference activities. All attendees are invited.
• Exhibit Hall Bingo Sponsorship – $1,000.00
  Company Logo Half Sheet printed on the back of all participants Bingo cards.
• Exhibitors Lunch Table Sponsorship – $500.00
  Sponsor a lunch table in the exhibit hall for your organization to engage with participants.
• Friends of SWACUHO-U Social – $1,000.00
  A networking event for past participants of SWACUHO-U. Will not be attended by sponsor(s).
• General Sponsorship – $1,000.00
  For corporate partners wishing to sponsor but other opportunities have been taken or you
  would like to provide a general sponsorship. Once the Host Committee has decided where the sponsorship will be used, your company will be notified, and sponsorship recognition will be highlighted at the opening banquet, business meeting, and closing banquet.
• Lunch in the Exhibit Hall – $5,000.00
  Occurs Tuesday at lunch in the exhibit hall where all conference attendees will be able to visit with all the exhibitors.
• Mid-Level Social – $1,000.00
  A networking event for mid-level professionals. Will not be attended by sponsor(s).
• Quiet/Low-Sensory Room – $1,000.00
  Room Sponsorship for this location during the conference.
• Tuesday Night Out on the Town Entertainment – $2,500.00
  Entertainment will be held at a location Top Golf.
  Sponsors of this event will be able to have advertisements put on display at each bay that we have reserved.
  
  Sponsor Sign will be on display at the event.
• Tuesday Night Out on the Town Refreshment – $2,500.00
  Entertainment will be held at a location Top Golf.
  Sponsors of this event will be able to have advertisements put on display at each bay that we have reserved.

  Sponsorship will cover the adult refreshments at the event.
