The Student Staff Leadership Conference provides student housing staff from member institutions with targeted training and development focused on leadership, communication, and community building within residential environments. It creates opportunities for participants to connect with peers from other campuses, share experiences, and collaboratively explore common challenges and best practices in student staffing. The conference is designed to strengthen student leaders’ skills and confidence while enhancing their ability to contribute effectively to their residential communities.
